As the Covid-19 Pandemic continues to evolve worldwide, we continue to make adjustments required and necessary to protect our staff and patients.


We have been following recommendations by Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Dental Association. The following changes have been made:

Pre-Screen Yourself Before Seeing Us

Please call the office to reschedule your appointment if you have had the following symptoms in the past 14 days:

  • Fever
  • New or worsening cough
  • New or worsening shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Sore throat/Painful Swallowing
  • Loss of smell or taste
  • Flu-like symptoms


You may rebook your appointment after a negative covid result or when symptoms have completely resolved.


You are also required to reschedule if you have been in contact with someone confirmed with Covid-19 or are self-isolating because of a determining risk or waiting results of a Covid-19 test.


2-week isolation must be completed after travel outside of Canada before booking your dental appointment.


Masks are again mandatory at this time. All staff are still required to wear proper PPE.

Know Your Vulnerability and Risk

If you are over the age of 65 or have any underlying medical health conditions you are putting yourself at higher risk of contracting Covid-19 by being at the dentist. If you are concerned, please call the office to discuss your needs.

Our Commitment To You & Our Community

  • All patients are pre-screened for Covid-19 symptoms and possible contact with Covid-19.
  • Temperature is taken for all patients entering the building.
  • A maximum number of people are allowed to be in the building at once.
  • Social distancing is practiced.
  • Patients showing signs of Covid-19 will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided in multiple locations around the office.
  • Magazines, children’s toys, iPad’s and other hard to disinfect items are removed from the waiting area.
  • Common areas and high touch surfaces will be sanitized throughout the day.
  • Staff is screened daily for Covid-19 symptoms and possible contact with Covid-19.
  • Staff temperatures are taken daily.
  • Treatment rooms will be completely sterilized before patients are seated.
  • We have installed an air filtration system that kills Covid-19 and refreshes the air every 8-15 minutes
  • Plexiglas is installed at the reception counters.
